Induction Training for Postal Assistants (LGO’s) will be held for a period of 9 weeks from 17.8.15 to 17.10.15 for LGO’s .Kindly cause full utilization of seats besides instructing the divisional heads to depute the officials/candidates as per the eligibility criteria. Any variation in the seat allotment may kindly be intimated for taking necessary action at this end.

The annexures containing instructions to trainees and general information about Postal Training Centre, Mysore are enclosed. The fee structure is also available in the instruction sheet. The instruction/information sheet may kindly be caused to be circulated well in advance to the trainees LGO candidates are required to report on previous day of the commencement of training i.e., on Sunday, the 16.8.15 between 0330 PM to 0730 pm at the Auditorium of PTC for registration.
The trainees may kindly be advised to make payment of the training fees in the Post Offices where e-payment facility is available, the details of which are furnished in the enclosed annexure. The trainees are required to select the relevant course and correct dates of duration of the training. After payment, they are required to preserve the receipts of e-payment for producing at the time of admission/registration at PTC, Mysore. Payment of training fees through e-payment is compulsory. The trainees may kindly be advised to bring a copy of their appointment order/Provisional appointment order and three passport/stampsize photographs.
LGO’s candidates are required to pay sum Rs.10576/-(Ten thousand five hundred and seventy six only)towards mess and accommodation charges. It is also to be brought to the notice of all trainees that the mess fee is collected only from the day of commencing the training. Hence, the mess charges for the day of reporting has to be paid by the trainee to the mess contractor at the time of taking the meal/ coffee/ snacks etc.
All the PA Induction trainees will be accommodated in PTC, Mysore. Trainees reporting in the forenoon of 17.8.15 will not be admitted for the training. Kindly cause to furnish the information latest by 12.8.15
